FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6TH
- Registration at the Royal Hotel from 5.30pm to 8.00 pm.
- Entertainment from 8.00 pm to close. Courtesy Royal Hotel
- Food will be available - from local service clubs on the night
|
|
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7TH
- Registration and set up display - parking from 8.00 am
- Entrants who have registered for the event - nil entrance fee
- Entry receipt must be produced to receive goodies bag. First 300 entrants only!
- Food, soft drink, tea, coffee will be available from local service clubs. Note: The Motorfest is a non alcohol event.
- Music / entertainment will be provided at the Motorfest
- Be entertained by the Cooma Dance Co.
- A spectacular Military Display on show.
- Trade Displays and Swap Meet around the main building.
- Judging will take place between 11 am and 1 pm
- Peoples' and entrants' choice voting will close at 1 pm
- Judges decisions will be final
- Drawing of Raffle will be at 3 pm
- Presentation of trophies and awards commence at 3.15 pm
- Entrants will be able to leave the Showground from 4 pm onwards
- Spectators (other than registered entrants) $5 per person
- Spectator Family members including car and passengers $10 - total
- School children entry to the Motorfest and entertainment is free
- Special truck display
- Special Section - Kids Auto Art
