 FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6TH

  • Registration at the Royal Hotel from 5.30pm to 8.00 pm.
  • Entertainment from 8.00 pm to close.  Courtesy Royal Hotel
  • Food will be available - from local service clubs on the night



SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7TH


  • Registration and set up display - parking from 8.00 am
  • Entrants who have registered for the event - nil entrance fee
  • Entry receipt must be produced to receive goodies bag.  First 300 entrants only!
  • Food, soft drink, tea, coffee will be available from local service clubs.  Note:  The Motorfest is a non alcohol event.
  • Music / entertainment will be provided at the Motorfest
  • Be entertained by the Cooma Dance Co.
  • A spectacular Military Display on show.
  • Trade Displays and Swap Meet around the main building.
  • Judging will take place between 11 am and 1 pm
  • Peoples' and entrants' choice voting will close at 1 pm
  • Judges decisions will be final
  • Drawing of Raffle will be at 3 pm
  • Presentation of trophies and awards commence at 3.15 pm
  • Entrants will be able to leave the Showground from 4 pm onwards
  • Spectators (other than registered entrants) $5 per person
  • Spectator Family members including car and passengers $10 - total
  • School children entry to the Motorfest and entertainment is free
  • Special truck display
  • Special Section - Kids Auto Art
